About the role:

We’re looking for a forward-thinking and creative CRM Executive to join our CRM team here at Pinter, who is looking to push the boundaries of email marketing. We’re obsessed with customer engagement and retention, ensuring we send relevant and best in class communications to our Fresh Beer Community at the right time. This role will be integral to engaging our Fresh Beer Community through email, push, SMS, direct mail and outbound.


· Working closely with CRM, Brand and Design to create and deliver best in class targeted multi-channel campaigns, to engage our Fresh Beer Community.

· Highlighting segments and serving relevant content to achieve the highest engagement.

· Providing guidance and instruction on email best practice to the rest of the business.

· Working with CRM Manager and Retention and Loyalty Manager to update and optimise the CRM customer journey, to improve customer experience and increase retention.

· Working alongside the CRM Manager to build out strategy for push notifications and be responsible for creating and executing them.

· Analysing and feeding back on campaign performance, suggesting ways to improve effectiveness based on insights.

· Continuously looking for ways to push the boundaries and be ahead of the curve.

· Regularly contributing to team ideation sessions.

· Conducting regular A/B testing and leading with a test and learn mindset.

· Advocating a customer-centric mindset across the business.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Personal Qualities

Must have:

· Minimum of 2 years in a CRM role.

· Basic HTML understanding.

· End-to-end email campaign experience from brief, email build, segmentation through to deployment.

· Experience using ESP’s (Klaviyo preferred)

· Experience creating segments for targeting

· A self-starter who is motivated to implement new initiatives to achieve our goals.

· Understanding of GDPR

· Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience.
