Individuals have extremely limited information and access beyond their own neighborhood. The ability to do due diligence is minimal, and it is complex to negotiate, purchase, manage, and liquidate.

RealtyMogul was created to make this asset class available. We allow our investors to buy portions of properties instead of entire ones or get exposure to multiple properties via third party funds or our proprietary REITs. We source the partners or investments ourselves, diligence them ourselves and walk every property that we offer up for investment.

We have been at it for 8 years and have backed more than 70 operating partners across the country in addition to building our own direct acquisitions team. We have learned what a great property that is well managed looks like. We leverage our experience to find the best deals, actively asset manage, and maximize our investors’ returns.

We remain focused on building the best online experience to enable investment into highly vetted commercial real estate assets and to educate our growing user base about the many aspects of real estate investing, all through an online, scalable platform.

About Your Role:

This role is focused on developing and delivering on our brand promise. This person understands our brand and value proposition and brings it to life through creativity in mediums ranging from the website to digital assets, video and more. This person is also focused on performance marketing providing the necessary creative assets to deliver a differentiated experience that drives conversion across offline and online channels. Your brand development and creative execution will have a direct impact on attracting and converting potential investors on our platform and drive repeat engagement from our members.

This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Must be authorized to work in the US. While we are located in LA, this role is remote.

What You’ll Do:

Brand and value proposition development:

  • Own the development of the creative look and feel of all customer touch points
  • Bring our value proposition and differentiation to life thru brand right creative
  • Co-develop creative roadmap to maximize engagement and ROI on marketing spend
  • Develop compelling campaigns that create awareness, educate potential investors, and develop trust from this community
  • Focus on the UI on the website thru colors, imagery, iconography, and overall aesthetic to drive engagement
  • Evaluate and improve all customer touch points from marketing to asset management ranging from look and feel of one-page reports to logos and marketing communications for our REITs

Performance marketing:

  • Develop the creative assets necessary to attract and drive potential investors to our website
  • Execute across multiple channels with fresh, innovative creatives from Facebook and display ads to podcast sponsorship, connected TV and more
  • Continue to push design boundaries and develop champion challenger marketing to always improve click thru rates, and customer engagement
  • Partner with UX team member to maximize online experience
  • Collaborate with marketing team (UX, copywriter, marketing automation specialist) to execute prioritized creative campaigns

Who You Are:

  • You are a creative problem solver always looking to know what makes our brand different and understanding what customers care about
  • You enjoying thinking about brand and translating that into compelling creative assets
  • You have a strong sense of style and visual aesthetic and how to bring different formats and mediums to life in a brand right way
  • You like to challenge the status quo, always asking why and wanting to provide challenger creative to the current champion
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, creative writing or other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a creative marketing role
  • Skilled using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
