We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Auditor (Client Asset Safety) to join our Internal Audit team. This role is located in London or Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

 

  • Work with the client asset safety Audit Manager to provide client asset safety specific direction and support across the function
  • Support client asset safety specific audit reviews, being responsible for managing certain aspects of the audit from planning, fieldwork, and reporting and issue closure
  • Ensure that client asset safety regulations, risks and controls are appropriately covered in client asset safety relevant audits
  • Support the delivery of client asset safety training for the department
  • Represent Internal Audit in client asset safety related projects and committees, as assigned
  • Write high quality, professionally presented Internal Audit reports and audit findings
  • Understand and apply the Internal Audit Methodology to produce good quality and detailed working papers
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by audit senior management

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Relevant years of experience in client asset safety related roles
  • Understanding of client asset safety regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulations and laws
  • Understanding of custody related products and services
  • Experience in an Internal/External Audit, or Compliance Monitoring role preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
