Full-Time Senior Account Manager

Job Description

Magnet Media is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee project execution during the post-sales process, while ensuring client satisfaction, client retention, revenue achievement and identifying growth opportunities.

This position reports to the SVP of Accounts & Operations, and acts as a liaison between the client and all the internal groups executing the projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dynamic, organized, self-starter with experience in project and account management, to work in a fast paced environment on various projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leads overall day-to-day account/client needs including all project management-related tasks that serve as the foundation of operational excellence (status docs, project/budget trackers, timeline management, internal/external team meetings etc)
  • Plans, leads, and provides actionable follow-ups for client meetings and calls
  • Responsible for tracking timelines and deliverables that are identified in the post-sale handoff, while ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Understands client-specific KPIs/Objectives and ensures strategy and tactics tie back to those objectives.
  • Posses a firm grasp of Magnet Media’s offerings, including the ability to identify key upselling opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years experience in an account management role.
  • Experienced in client interaction and working with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable communicator who can diplomatically navigate challenges.
  • Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to think strategically in regards to a client’s long-term goals.
  • Outgoing and charismatic, able to be heard among strong personalities. Ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
