We are currently seeking a Search Analyst to join our growing recruitment team in Audubon, PA.

You are agile and quickly respond to client requests with the best response possible and always handle situations with tact. You can manage both clients and project teams through the twists and turns of any engagement.

  • Sourcing: You execute the sourcing and research process of the recruitment lifecycle. You excel in identifying talent pools and finding key candidate profiles utilizing researching and internet search skills. You constantly are searching for the top tools in the industry to help you find the best candidate matches. You have the ability to review a job description and articulate the key traits needed in a candidate profile and are able to calibrate researched profiles against client’s top performers.
  • Candidate Care & Engagement: You are comfortable outreaching to candidates and representing both ORS Partners and our clients in engagement communications. You are a strong candidate relationship manager and proactively deploy candidate care practices and tailor practices to the specific level of roles. You develop compelling pitches and are able to articulate employee value propositions with ease.
  • Project Management: You have a solid understanding of project management and tactical execution. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and are familiar with goal setting. You are able to report personal results and possess both the follow up and documentation skills necessary to complete assignments.
