Job Description

YMCA Dialogue is a BACP Accredited service, providing counselling services in schools since 1994. Once the post begins, we would expect that cover will be required for 6 months, though possibly longer.

  • Applicants must be experienced in counselling young people (age 11-16).
  • Applicants must be qualified counsellors/therapists and be BACP Registered or Accredited, or registered with another recognised professional body (e.g. HPC, UKCP).

The position comes with excellent benefits, including 27 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays), a company sick pay scheme, a life assurance policy of 2x your annual salary, and a cycle to work scheme. Please download a job pack for more information about other benefits offered.
