Job Description

IIRP Graduate School is seeking a skilled Salesforce Application Developer willing to support our growth and help us make data-informed decisions.

Our initial instance revolves around standardizing business processes related to delivering onsite educational services to school districts nation-wide. As we refine our processes, we seek a puzzle master to integrate our core business functions. IIRP’s Salesforce 2.0 will bring in graduate school data and help us see full views of our learners and become a CRM tool to promote innovative education, coaching, and consulting services. Key to success is collaboration with different constituencies to strategize, plan, and integrate technical solutions. This candidate will support the hire of a Salesforce Administrator to bring synergy and cooperation to supporting users with documentation and data hygiene.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, 2+ years of Salesforce Development experience with Flows and custom objects
  • Highly organized, with proven success managing multi-faceted projects meeting different financial, customer service, fulfillment and reporting needs
  • Experience with EDA, Pardot Lightning preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
