What we’re looking for:


We’re excited to announce that Zappar is looking for talented sales people to join our team. You’ll be working on Zappar’s AR platform, ZapWorks, targeting new and existing customers to build relationships in order to bring them onto the platform then upsell and cross-sell wider products and services further down the road. You’ll work with our wider commercial and support teams to identify the most appropriate leads and customers to help them succeed in their objectives by matching them to the most appropriate complementary products. We’re looking for talented sales people, whether you’ve had experience in new business or account management, we’re looking for people with a positive proactive attitude.


What you’ll be doing: 


  1. Design and develop Zappar’s account expansion strategy, overseeing the customer lifecycle of key accounts to proactively drive wider adoption of product offerings
  2. Ensure that Zappar’s most valued clients renew their annual licenses and additional products, while also expanding their spend with Zappar 
  3. Act as an example to more junior members of the team, embodying best sales practices and company values   
  4. Write customer success plans and proposals that help to demonstrate why they should make use of wider product benefits and training services  
  5. Proactively reaching out to leads and customers over email and Zoom calls to build and strengthen relationships to provide better selling opportunities 
  6. Organising and leading engaging prospect and customer webinars that outline the value proposition and wider opportunities of the product and how this could be beneficial to new and existing customers
  7. Anticipate roadblocks that prospects and key customers are likely to experience, then reach out to explain how AR and ZapWorks can help   
  8. Help to increase customer lifetime value by onboarding key accounts to ensure they know how to effectively use the ZapWorks platform
  9. Create evangelists and advocates among key customers to build word of mouth and referrals for the business   
  10. Maintain meticulous details of account information within the CRM, outlining account pipeline, activities and opportunities and business insights on a timely basis
  11. Be the voice of the customer within the business – feedback customer needs and product & messaging suggestions to the wider team.   


A few things about you: 


  1. Proven sales experience in either Account Executive, Business Development or Account Management roles with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  2. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wider team
  3. Proven ability to close deals
  4. Excellent at understanding customer needs 
  5. Strong interpersonal skills
  6. Commercial mindset and understanding
  7. Committed to adding value with every transaction
  8. Strong written and verbal skills
  9. Fluent in spoken and written English
  10. Coachability 


Although these things would also be a bonus:


  1. Experience within a SaaS business
  2. Knowledge or an interest in immersive technology
