Job Description

Your role will be to manage and grow assigned accounts and meet sales target revenue. In addition, you will have to know all aspects of account activities and ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve quality issues and serve customer with alternative solution to remedy the problem. Also, you will provide revenue projection and communicate management team to prepare appropriate production planning.

JOB DUTIES

  • Maintain and build good relationships with clients and identify key decision makers. Arrange meetings with customers when requested by Sr. Sales Rep/Account Manager.
  • Support Account Manager/Sr. Sales Rep on all needed account activities that pertain to customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on KoMiCo’s product and service knowledge and promote when opportunities come up.
  • Manage projects including but not limited to evaluation cycle, new opportunities, and special projects.
  • Provide market strategy and proposal for new business development.
  • Work with Sales Manager to provide RFQ responses.
  • Analyze current business and assist in providing management team volume projection, short-term and long-term revenue projection.
  • Collect essential market information on market status, competition, and total available market.
  • Utilize market analysis, sales data and other information to create accurate forecasts and sales trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and Account Manager to provide alternative plan if sales goal is not met.
  • Prepare for meetings with presentation and reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Provide weekly customer activity reports.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience with Etch semiconductor equitment is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including QuickBooks, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • The ability to perform multiple complex analyses simultaneously.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Work independently and use good judgment.
  • Ability to perform multiple complex analyses simultaneously and complete projects and assignments in agreed upon timeframes.
  • Demonstrate pro-active attitudes, practices and behaviors for organizational goal attainment.
  • Ability to coordinate activities effectively and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • Four year college degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Electrical / Chemical engineering knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge in semiconductor chip manufacturing process a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
