Full-Time Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key member of our sales team helping us bring our suite of insurtech solutions to new clients. You’ll become an expert in our products and help identify and qualify leads and opportunities for the Sales team.

This position involves proactively engaging with target companies to drive new qualified leads and meetings for the Sales team. The ideal candidate has a work hard/win big attitude, an openness to learning, and passion for delivering results.

As we are currently a remote team it is important that you are a self-starter that takes initiative and communicates effectively.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Own the identification, outreach and qualification of prospective new clients
  • Research the prospect’s business, needs, and possible gaps, and align that to DigiSure’s value proposition and product
  • Utilize research to correctly position the outreach via customized messaging
  • Engage, connect, and qualify the prospect, gathering insights to update your initial research and positioning
  • Generate a pipeline for Account Executives, leveraging calls, email, Linkedin, social media, marketing campaigns and sales outreach tools provided by DigiSure
  • Partner with Sales to set up deeper engagements for qualified leads, briefing the team on your insights and opportunity identification

What you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of experience selling new, innovative products with a keen ability to articulate value propositions and benefits of the DigiSure solution
  • Strong networking abilities, with an ability to create opportunities and build qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline
  • Great communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise documents
  • Collaborative team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives, structuring approaches to new opportunities.
  • Experience in achieving sales metrics and KPIs, and good working knowledge of sales CRM solutions
