Full-Time Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will help to provide direct support to the overall Domestic Sales team at S’well. Reporting into the Director, Wholesale Sales the ideal candidate will work closely and cross functionally to contribute to the overall sales strategy helping to execute a best-in-class omni strategy.


    • Partner with sales leads to help determine effective product assortment recommendations, online merchandising strategies, promotional opportunities and pricing decisions for accounts.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales activity to identify threats and uncover trends, then turn insight into opportunities.
    • Routing and managing of Creative Assets (JIRA) to provide best-in-class e-commerce experiences.
    • Understanding and management of the Amazon platforms, Vendor Central and Seller Central in the US and Europe.
    • Manage the operational aspect of the marketing and sales cycle, including PO generation, tracking of PO’s, spend budget, forecasting, shipping timelines.
    • Develop and execute strategies for launching new products included in the S’well Innovation Roadmap across partners
    • Directly collaborate with sales team on strategic direction and planning for new concepts and initiatives; pitch and evaluate new opportunities.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and goals for growth of the sales channel in line with company goals.
    • Analyze site metrics, consumer feedback and other related data to provide actionable insight on item performance and strategic sales decisions
    • Manage the entire new item setup process for key accounts
    • Operate as support for internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Assist in customer meeting preparation and follow up including: sales presentation decks, line sheets and samples.
    • Participate in ad hoc activities: Logistics, Sales Operations and A/R inquires, P&L requests, ecom site audits, prospecting and new customer on-boarding.


    • 2+ Years experience in similar role, preferably in retail, e-commerce or CPG company
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and able to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced start-up environment
    • Self driven and able to see projects along with little direction
    • Strategic thinker with an understanding of product assortment, omni-channel strategies and analytics
    • Ability to build relationships across the organization and work closely with different departments
    • Bachelor’s Degree
