Full-Time Sales Automation Specialist I

Assists the Origination Technologies Performance (OTP) sales representatives in uncovering prospect requirements and identifying product functionality gaps to develop, recommend, and package the best possible product and/or service for client prospects.


  • Responsible for the creation, consistency, and maintenance of all OTP presentation templates​
  • Working with OTP presentation stakeholders to manage custom presentation needs​
  • Working with the OTP Sales Operations Managing Director and Sales Automation Specialist on product positioning and messaging​
  • Managing the stakeholder feedback loop across on presentation, positioning, and messaging initiatives​
  • Developing automated methods of stakeholder engagement across presentations, positioning, and messaging (e.g., presentation / content requests, automation, etc.)​
  • Working across all Origination Technologies team members on content acquisition – including competitive analysis, implementation process, etc.​
  • Working across all OTP stakeholders to acquire, maintain, and leverage client testimonials (video, written, etc.)​
  • Manages all OTP content, storage, and organization ensuring a high-level stakeholder experience​
  • Understand new products and product enhancements (e.g., benefits, business case, etc.)​
  • Understand release cycles and proactively create / enhance materials​
  • Capturing content (including implementation and competitive analysis)​
  • Driving the creation of content gaps for all products​
  • Manages the OTP / product strategy feedback loop​
  • Ensure all stakeholders have the industry leading presentation materials required to accomplish their day-to-day responsibilities​
  • Retroactively incorporate new ideas and ways of presenting products into published materials​
  • Create material iterations to address multiple target markets (e.g., executive, technical, by channel, etc.)​
  • Create and maintain library of sales objection fighters​
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


  • High-level design, creativity, and collaboration capabilities​
  • Experience in creating and deploying product positioning / messaging​
  • Experience creating and maintaining a system of product presentations (e.g., modularity, consistency, template maintenance, versioning, etc.)​
  • Design application proficiency (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)​
  • Passion for operational processes and customer support​
  • Passionate about exploring new technologies that drive team efficiency​

Sales Solutions Consultant I

Entry-level professional role. Decisions are made within established policies and standard practices; learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Has introductory knowledge of company products and services and intermediate knowledge of at least one Black Knight application relevant to business supported. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Typically requires a minimum of three (3) years of business experience preferably related to specific product marketplace.

Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range for Colorado residents is: $61,000 – $78,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus. Eligible to participate in a commission plan.
