SALES ADMINISTRATOR

 

POSITION TYPE:    Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:              Fremont, CA

BENEFITS:               Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Profit Sharing

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with researching Builders Exchange and trade publications to locate construction project for bidding purposes.
  • Manages and downloads invitations to bid.
  • Request Bid Bonds for Public Works projects
  • Organizes Information on Company Servers.
  • Assists Sales Manager as needed.
  • Assists in corresponding with general contractors as necessary to complete projects.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with general contractors.
  • Submits appropriate paperwork to pre-qualify for jobs.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one-year previous office experience in a fast-paced construction environment preferably in Roofing but not required, or equivalent years of education; or combination of work experience and education.
  • Must be able to type 45 wpm and use various office equipment.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and professional manner in dealing with the customers and inter-company personnel.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be a team player.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Valid CA driver’s license
