Position Purpose:
Meet and exceed assigned revenue quota through a consultative sales strategy, built on trust and technical proficiency.

Essential Job Functions:
Supra has revolutionized the residential real estate market by innovating solutions that provide peace of mind to homeowners and enhance the productivity of real estate agents. Supra is seeking a sales representative that will be an active member of the larger innovative Supra team and drive sales growth in their assigned territory. This position requires creativity, collaborative attitude, positivity, and perseverance. The ideal candidate for a Supra Sales Account Manager position will possess the necessary skills and professionalism to develop relationships with people at all levels of an organization, including executive level decision-makers. They will have experience managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio of business, preferably having knowledge and experience with Real Estate Associations/MLS’s in California and the US Southwest. They will be experienced at solution and strategic selling in a complex decision-making environment. Effective at negotiating detailed legal contracts and presenting to large groups and executives. The Individual should have a track record of building strategic, long-term relationships. They should have a strong aptitude for learning complex products and systems, and navigating a highly networked industry.

Meet or exceed assigned revenue quota and objectives
Build strong relationships with strategic decision makers and influencers with real estate associations, MLS’s, large brokers, and local, state, and national volunteer leadership
Present Supra products and services to Boards of Directors, MLS Committees, and other large groups of real estate customers
Develop effective sales strategies and solutions to overcome objections and close large complex deals
Follow industry trends and build solutions that address changing customer requirements
Negotiate detailed legal contracts with business executives and legal representatives
Be persistent in managing on-going customer relationships and account strategies to combat competitor solutions, and win-back competitor accounts
Attend National, State, and Local real estate trade shows and meetings to promote Supra
Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
Travel up to fifty percent in assigned territory and for national meetings
Required Qualifications:
Four-year university degree or equivalent
At least five years sales experience selling products, services, or data solutions to organization with multiple decision makers
Must be highly self-motivated, with the ability to organize actions for long and short-term success
Experienced and comfortable presenting to small, medium, and large size groups
Proven history of developing relationships with internal department personnel and managers to solve for customer needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experienced reading and negotiating contracts
Proficient at using MS Office products
Desired Qualifications:
MBA or advanced business education
Existing strong relationships with real estate industry professionals/leaders, preferably in California and the US Southwest)
Experience selling to leaders and organizations in the residential real estate industry, ideally with long sales cycles
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Extensive knowledge of the ecosystem of, and technology solutions available to, the residential real estate industry
