Are you a hands-on Recruiter looking for something a little different from internal recruitment roles? 

Job type: Permanent contract, full-time (35 hours per week)

Salary: Circa £30,000 p.a.

Location: Reading (with flexibility for home working)

Our work with education clients in the UK and around the world has seen substantial recent growth and we’re looking to appoint a talented Resourcer to join our Global Resourcing team. Based in the UK you’ll will work with and for a diverse range of clients and end-users including Education Development Trust staff, partner organisations, donors and government departments.

You’ll play a pivotal role in resourcing candidates and consultants for our bids and live programmes.  Working closely with colleagues in the UK, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Asia you’ll help develop and strengthen a pipeline of talented consultants and candidates and grow our networks around the world.

We’d like to hear from you if you:

  • Have excellent resourcing skills, with experience of using a range of resourcing tools such as advertising channels, job boards and social media to attract high-quality candidates
  • Can demonstrate strong experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/databases to build talent pools
  • Have experience of using LinkedIn to search for candidates
  • Are able to screen and assess candidates and have excellent communication skills
  • Have experience in sourcing a diverse range of UK and international candidates
