Full-Time Representative, Member Relations

Job Description

The role:

The Representative, Member Relations will be responsible handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, Chat, SMS and SalesForce cases and maintaining detailed records of each interaction via Herbalife Contact Management (HCM).

How you would contribute:

  • Understand Herbalife Nutrition policies and business operations to deliver accurate information to Distributors/Members, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service.
  • Document and respond to concerns or questions from Distributors/Members
  • Successfully navigate through various applications, reference materials and use internal resources effectively.
  • Embrace and accurately promote company events, promotions and product campaigns.
  • Assist in special projects as needed i.e. User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support events with Distributor Registration/Onsite Store Support.

Skills and background required to be successful:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 40 wpm and 10 key by touch
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor always and interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity


  • 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment


  • High school diploma
