Full-Time Representative, Member Relations
Job Description
The role:
The Representative, Member Relations will be responsible handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, Chat, SMS and SalesForce cases and maintaining detailed records of each interaction via Herbalife Contact Management (HCM).
How you would contribute:
- Understand Herbalife Nutrition policies and business operations to deliver accurate information to Distributors/Members, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service.
- Document and respond to concerns or questions from Distributors/Members
- Successfully navigate through various applications, reference materials and use internal resources effectively.
- Embrace and accurately promote company events, promotions and product campaigns.
- Assist in special projects as needed i.e. User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support events with Distributor Registration/Onsite Store Support.
Skills and background required to be successful:
- Superior customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm and 10 key by touch
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor always and interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Education:
- High school diploma
