Sterling have a variety of apprenticeship programmes available to commence later this year at our Dudley site in Cramlington, Northumberland which will include roles in within our Engineering, Manufacturing and Laboratory Departments.

Sterling continually invests in our people with many training programmes, including on the job training, formal courses and apprenticeships. Apprenticeships are an important route for Sterling to ensure we have an opportunity to train our ways of working alongside formal qualifications to ensure we have the skills and competencies for now and in the future. An apprentice joining Sterling will be joining a great learning community with a mixture of other new apprentices and those who are upskilling further within the roles.

As an apprentice you’ll benefit from early responsibility enabling you to reach your career goals whilst studying towards academic and industry accredited qualifications. Apprentices can be of any age so if you are a school or university leaver or someone looking to retain in a new career then one of our apprenticeship programmes would be just what you are looking for!
