Full-Time Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our recruiting team and will be helping to manage many important aspects of our recruiting process, including interview coordination and ensuring a world class candidate experience. This position will be a liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will work on projects to support the overall objectives of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews, including travel, hotel, and meals if necessary (all interviews are currently remote due to COVID-19 considerations).
  • Send any recruiting related confirmations, paperwork, documentation, etc. to candidates
  • Meet, greet and setup candidates for interviews; setup any materials that may be required for the interview (i.e. laptop, etc.) (Post-COVID-19).
  • Post and refresh all job postings on job boards, and other locations/websites as applicable.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (Jobvite), ensuring candidate records/activities are up-to-date.
  • Schedule and conduct reference calls
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication through the candidate’s lifecycle
  • Assist in activities that support recruiting objectives such as driving employee referrals, encouraging employment branding efforts (i.e. encouraging Glassdoor reviews), etc.
  • Other projects that are assigned to support company objectives.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related fields
  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination for a high growth, fast paced environment is preferred
  • High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing your work time efficiently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially with confidential information
  • Strong written and communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of employees/candidates
  • Prior experience with recruiting related applications such as Jobvite, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • MUST be computer savvy
