GoPro is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support hiring for our teams in San Diego and San Mateo, CA.  We are seeking someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you must possess a passion for building and maintaining strong professional relationships and developing a deep understanding of our business and its unique challenges. This position is a great opportunity to help drive GoPro’s growth and hire the “best of the best”. This role is based in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on non-tech roles (generally our Marketing, Sales, G&A functions)
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through various sourcing techniques
  • Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
  • Drive offer process, including offer approval, extending offers and closing candidates
  • Play an active role in employee retention
  • Act as an internal and external representative of GoPro and our talent acquisition team
  • Occasional administrative tasks to support the creative team

Skills We’re Excited About

  • A minimum of 5+ years recruiting for a staffing agency or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience with Greenhouse (or similar ATS), Outlook, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Experience recruiting for non-tech roles: Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Creative, etc.
  • A self-starter that can work autonomously
  • Passion for GoPro products and ability to speak to our technology/industry
  • Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Interest in contributing to GoPro’s mission and goals
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
