Overview
Morning Brew is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to assist in full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units including Content/Editorial, Multimedia, Product, B2B, Growth/Audience Development, Brand Partnerships, Sales, Integrated Marketing, Strategic Finance.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
– Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables for any assigned positions across the organization.
– Partner with hiring managers to understand unique talent needs, including giving leaders a view of external market data, be a key piece of furthering our DEI strategy, and advise on the recruiting process
– Source and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in a timely manner using a variety of search methods, role specific job boards, and diverse job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline.
– Source in multiple key areas within our organization with a constant lens on diversity, equity and inclusion
– Be an ambassador in the candidate experience.
– Maintain real time status/updates
– Work in partnership with Director of Talent Acquisition to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive market
What makes you qualified:
– You have 5-6 years of experience recruiting/sourcing (2+ years working on media roles or at a media company)
– You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find the unicorns
– You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Morning Brew has an outstanding and positive experience
– You’re familiar with an applicant tracking system.
– Ability to quickly and effectively learn new processes and policies.
– Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
– Ability to organized in a fast paced environment
– Exceptional time management skills.
– Extreme attention to detail and sense of urgency.
– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
– Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and problem-solve on the fly.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, Linkedin Recruiter (Boolean Strings)
