Reporting to the Director, Creative Services and Strategy and working within a creative team composed of graphic and motion design, video, creative writing/editing team members, the Project Manager, Creative Services is the first point of contact for internal stakeholder briefs and plays a pivotal role in keeping video, design, and graphic design projects moving across departments and managing team expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary conduit between the Creative team and all internal stakeholders when it comes to communicating project timelines and progress
  • Working within the Creative team, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving and coaching all relevant stakeholders and ensuring team workload is balanced across organizational priorities
  • Vet and manage all Trello requests, ensuring resource availability and allocation, while managing project scope
  • Within the context of the established processes, exercise judgement to identify, diagnose, solve and improve operational issues, seeking supervisor input if there is ambiguity
  • Working with Director, Creative Services and Strategy, help establish team targets and monitor and analyze activities to meet monthly or quarterly goals
  • Work with the Director, Creative Services and Strategy to assign resources effectively to satisfy quality and stakeholder needs
  • Monitor costs and expenses quarterly against annual plan
  • Help traffic year-round and Festival creative assets
  • Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties
  • Coordinate meetings, taking notes and distributing follow up on actions
  • Maintain and improve relationships with existing internal and external stakeholders

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years of working experience in project management in an in-house or creative agency.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a business-related degree/certification is required
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Verbally communicates in a professional manner
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Expertise in Trello
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite is an asset.
  • Developing and tracking deliverables with a keen ability to control inventory and scope creep
  • Excellent issues-resolution abilities
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to evaluating, recommending and implementing opportunities that improve internal tools and processes
  • Self-motivated with excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • A positive attitude, and a team player able to motivate others
  • Strong listening and superior relationship building skills
  • Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekend, when required
