Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the project process (concepting and creative development through production and launch)
  • Collaborate with discipline leads to draft scopes of work and project timelines
  • Define project steps, tasks, and requirements against SOWs
  • Create schedules and track timelines and milestones
  • Allocate resources in conjunction with Creative Services Director
  • Translate and present specifications and project requirements
  • Proof and confirm creative work meets standards and specifications
  • Coordinate media trafficking with internal media department and external media reps
  • Facilitate meetings, negotiate conflicts, build up teams and group dynamics, and enable creative thought processes
  • Draft meeting recaps and conference reports
  • Collaborate on developing budgets with Production Director
  • Correspond and liaise with clients as needed in conjunction with Account Managers
  • Maintain a watchful eye on client and project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and freelancers
  • Help refine/develop ​​processes and best practices
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and positive work environment

Requisite Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years relevant career experience
  • Experience managing asset production (photography, video, print, digital deliverables, websites, etc.)
  • Competency using project management and time tracking software (familiarity with Basecamp and Workamajig is a bonus)
