reacHIRE is proud to partner with Fidelity Investments for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in October 2020 designed for Program/ Project Management professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We will be providing a one-week virtual onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

We are excited to bring return-to-work opportunities in program/project management across locations including Westlake, TX, Research Triangle Park, NC and New England (Smithfield, RI, Merrimack, NH, and Boston, MA)



We are currently seeking a qualified, Program/Project Manager that will be a key contributor delivering quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives while ensuring consistency with business strategy, commitments and goals.


An ideal candidate would partner to lead and manage initiatives with cross-functional teams. Innovation to the program, tools and process is highly regarded as is relationship building with assigned team and business partners. S/he should also have the flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to their teams, providing excellent support and advice to the business unit.


The Value you deliver

  • Facilitator of day-to-day coordination of initiative’s business readiness activities including planning and deployment of program activities/business product improvements
  • Assist with creation of deployment content and go to market launch alignment
  • Lead all aspects of coordination and facilitation of business acceptance validation
  • Collaborate with program team to track and handle issues and risks throughout project lifecycle
  • Provide status updates on a regular basis to executives and key business partners for assigned initiatives
  • Facilitate logistics for project/program planning sessions


The Expertise we’re looking for 

  • 3 – 5 years program / project management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong social skills and the ability to effectively and confidently communicate to more senior levels within the organization
  • The ability to manage multiple/competing projects in parallel
