Department Summary
The Division of Digital Strategy and Innovation is responsible for leading the university in the areas of educational technology, online and blended initiatives, and digital learning research serving students and faculty both on-campus and at a distance. Digital Strategy and Innovation collaborates with faculty, staff, and students across UNT’s academic and administrative units to ensure a world-class, 21st century institution, redefining public higher education through cutting-edge experimentation where the science of learning is the fulcrum that enables innovative, omnichannel, lifelong education for the North Texas community and learners across the globe.

Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting a program/project requiring a general in-depth knowledge of function/specialization. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks which may include program planning and development, grant writing, curriculum development, community outreach, assisting in developing and conducting training programs, developing learning assessments, reporting, program marketing and budget monitoring.

  • Coordinate learner services for DSI Enterprise partnership programs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between DSI and non-credit partners
  • Provide regular and substantive updates of program enrollment, program success, and schedule of programs to all senior stakeholders
  • Manage non-credit programs offered by UNT including setting program schedules and managing registration system processes and budget, assigning instructors, receiving and processing orders.
  • Contribute to DSI culture and DE&I work
  • Cross-training with team members and performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
