Salary Range: $3,885 – $5,936

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience coordinating a program or delivering services to program recipients such as explaining program rules and guidelines.

NOTE: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences will substitute for experience. An Associate’s degree will substitute for 18 months of the required experience.

 

REQUESTED ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
  • Skill in making independent judgments and decisions in the application and explanation of policies, procedures, multiple collective bargaining agreements and a variety of governing regulations (e.g., Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA), SAIF, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of research techniques and methods sufficient to collect, analyze, interpret and report data in both a narrative and statistical format.
  • Skill in coordinating diverse activities to ensure completion of projects, tasks, and assignments.
  • Ability to assist management in the development of short and long range goals and objectives.
  • Operate a desktop computer with multiple screens and software applications to create documents, reports and visual instructional materials.
  • Administrative procedures and systems such as record keeping and managing filing systems, design and use of business forms and office terminology, specifically Microsoft365.
  • Use mathematics to solve business problems.
  • Skill in active learning to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, processes, and techniques.
  • Skill in monitoring performance of self, individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
  • Skill in analyzing operational needs and requirements.
  • Skill using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing, utilizing multiple electronic platforms.
  • Utilize LEAN methodology.
  • Conduct risk assessment, make recommendations for system and program improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with frequent interruptions.
