Full-Time Product Strategist

Job Description

As a Product Strategist, Platform Insights you will lead the development of analytics and insights. The Platform Experience Strategy team is in the midst of an exciting time breaking down silos across the company and using insights to transform the organization. We want to partner cross functionally to build best in class analytics tools and processes that can be used by our internal partners to drive growth and customer adoption.

You will provide insights to help create strategies for customer acquisitions, migrations, upsell, cross sell and loyalty. You will work with Product Marketing in defining different customer subsets and analyze customer insights to create a better experience through process/product change, communication change, and beyond.

What you will do:

  • Work with Business Development to identify market potential across platform portfolio and analyze current and future market share
  • Identify competition’s market standing and study the winning features for technology comparison
  • Gather Voice of customer to compare market trends and market needs
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for continuous improvement, and benchmark against industry best practices
  • Measure effectiveness of the customer and partner experience
  • Segment the overall customer base, and help define segment-specific strategies
  • Track customer usage patterns and customer health to predict churn
  • Work with products and engineering team to translate Voice of Customer into product features
  • Collaborate with CX, Product Management, Sales and Operations teams on requirements and data sourcing
  • Work cross functionally to transition a product idea into design and development and ultimately launch

What you will bring:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience working on product and market research including customer analytics, voice of customer, product launch, pricing, packaging and similar go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong empathy for customers and partners
  • Analytic, process-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to interacting with other teams
  • Experience as a Product Manager/ Owner in a large organization, defining business process, business capabilities and driving new business policies
  • Functional Domain knowledge in Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, & Support
