We are looking for a talented Portfolio Management Leader to join our team specializing in Business Transformation for Corporate in Columbus, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Manages market strategic development. Designs and implements market penetration plans and programs to accomplish business plans or organizational goals targeting business performance.
Utilizes macro, market, or technology trends, to shape the long-term product plan.
• Supports Synchronized Business Planning (SBP) Product Review process as the owner of specific projects and market segments within the Master Project List (MPL).
• Develops business case and leads Pre-program Planning (PPP) for specific larger-scale opportunities within the portfolio.
• Develops value proposition for new products and articulates appropriate position within the portfolio.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Participates in Product Planning Functional Excellence and best practice sharing within the business to drive continuous improvement.
• Drives cross-functional and cross-business unit alignment to the product plan.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• Courage – Stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said.
• Plans and aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• MBA Skillset Preferred with strong Business Exerience in a Manufacturing Environment with New Products Strongly Preffered.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
