Full-Time Performance Media Manager

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Performance Media Manager with 3 -5 years of experience in digital advertising and integrated distribution. As part of Manifest’s Performance Marketing team, you’ll work with experienced, dedicated marketing experts on an award-winning content marketing program for a Fortune 200 technology company. If you are a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience managing media campaigns, this is the role for you! The ideal candidate will have a background working in digital marketing agencies, with a passion for the world of content marketing. This role can be based in either our NYC or D.C. office.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, create, execute, and optimize media campaigns in native, social, and search related platforms
  • Draft optimized marketing copy for ad units, landing pages and more
  • Develop and execute omni-channel distribution strategies inclusive of tactics such as: SEM, paid social, paid content syndication, content seeding and organic distribution techniques
  • Support social media profiles including content scheduling, fan acquisition and audience management
  • May be responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting including performance measurement and metrics analysis and insights
  • Collaborate with other discipline leads (creative, content, UX, strategy, analytics, etc.) to service clients as part of integrated content production and delivery programs.
  • Contribute to standardizing agency-wide process for digital advertising.
  • Manage direct client communication, in partnership with account and project management, as it pertains to performance marketing programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent agency work experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate the rationale behind the methodology that goes into performance media strategy
  • Minimum 3 years proven track record running performance media programs
  • Experience managing native advertising campaigns in platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, StackAdapt, or Zemanta
  • Experience managing social advertising campaigns in channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn
  • Experience managing search campaigns in PPC platforms including Google AdWords, and Bing Ads
  • Detail-oriented and ability to maintain key department metrics.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to promote cross-team collaboration
