You are an organized, proactive, and motivated person who is excited to drive Via’s growth and culture. You will build our people & culture team, and are excited by the potential to grow a company and eager to get your hands dirty. You will work closely with both the Head of Finance & Operations and the CEO.
What you’ll do:
– Attract & recruit incredible candidates, refining and driving our hiring process
– Onboard: drive our onboarding programs, benefits and development programs; managing relationships with outsourced providers
– Grow: identify areas for professional development; develop, coach, train and support managers through trainings and curriculum.
– Structure: develop policies and strategic vision for people operations.
– Culture: serve as the culture leader of the organization, working closely with the executive team. Drive team discussions, offsites & events.
What we’re looking for:
–  High-energy and a strong ability to manage time and quickly shifting priorities
–  Self starter with a track record of leading projects and driving recruiting
–  Passion and motivation to learn
– Outstanding writing and verbal skills
– Minimum of 2 years HR Generalist or Recruiting experience
– Startup growth experience & demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational improvements
