We offer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays!! You’ll work 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday with a 1 hour lunch.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This position acts as our reception role and first point of contact. You’ll greet patients, answer phones, distribute the incoming (high volume) faxes, and complete data entry into the EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software. The ideal candidate has the ability to multitask without getting flustered. You must have SUPERIOR interpersonal skills, get along with others, and have a strong sense of compassion to provide support to our patients to make them feel welcome and ease their anxieties.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills/Experience:
One year of related experience in a medical office.
Medical billing, scheduling, insurance experience a plus!
Basic computer knowledge with Outlook, Excel and Word.
Comfort and confidence with data entry into an EMR System.
Understanding the flow and operations of a medical office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
HIPAA knowledge and ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with high volume in stressful/busy environment.

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
