Position Overview:

The Tech Interactive is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to support the Education Resources team in building and maintaining relationships with educator organizations to expand impact and revenue and support our mission to inspire the innovator in everyone. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and matrixed environment; derive energy and joy from helping others; have strong organizational skills and direct experience in sales or customer success; possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; and be interested in and capable of learning new skills.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Education Resources Senior Manager.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build effective relationships with customers and partners, establishing clear systems of communication and support for mutual benefit.
  • Follow up on leads to build new customer and partner relationships.
  • Work with others inside and outside the Education Resources team to track marketing-related impact data and report out results. Support a data-driven culture of continuous improvement throughout the entire organization.
  • Track expenditures, manage purchasing and prepare expense and reimbursement reports using Concur. Manage the Education Resource department’s budget and work with the Finance department as needed.
  • Proactively promote communication across the Education Resources team using Slack, email and effective meeting structures.
  • Assist in the development and execution of customer, partner and funder agreements.
  • Coordinate, collect and track impact and evaluation data.
  • Other duties as assigned, including supporting other members of the Learning Products and Development teams with their projects.


Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role that included directly managing customer or partner relationships, preferably in an education environment.
  • Prior experience with following leads and generating sales.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with multiple tools including Google Suite and project management platforms.
  • Ability to learn new systems and to teach others how to use them.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in an environment that values experimentation.
  • Ability to work independently and to take the lead on a project and run with it from start to finish.
  • Flexible work style that can handle last-minute details and requests calmly and efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work onsite on a regular basis.  Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.*

*This position is based onsite with some flexibility for work at an alternate local location dependent on business needs.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $81,000 per year
