Full-Time Partner Marketing Manager – Posted by Denver, Colorado, United States

Your Mission:

Propeller is looking for an ambitious, solutions-oriented and metrics-driven Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing Channel Partner Distribution team. Your mission is to develop, execute, measure and optimize joint partner marketing programs that drive demand, generate leads, and build a qualified pipeline. You’ll work closely with our partners to maintain existing programs while also launching new joint campaigns from the ground up. You will identify areas for impact and prioritize new programs and campaigns based on expected ROI.

About the role:

The primary focus of this role (65%) is to plan, execute and measure global omni-channel partner marketing programs (social, paid advertising, digital, events) including to-partner, through-partner and for-partner activities aligned to the organization’s partner distribution priorities and sales objectives.

The secondary focus of this role (35%) is to develop materials and create content for campaigns to support omni-channel partner marketing programs and initiatives that drive demand and pipeline.

  • Generate demand and drive leads through partner marketing initiatives
  • Establish and execute regional and global joint marketing campaigns with distribution partners
  • Develop top of funnel pipeline goals for joint partner marketing activities
    • Gather buy-in and support from Propeller sales rep and the partner
  • Support requests for partner marketing materials, establishing new content to support selling to the partner, with the partner and through the partner.
  • Develop a Partner Marketing Program to support varying levels of marketing maturity within each distribution partner.
  • Create processes and KPIs for measuring, tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of your marketing programs and campaigns to generate demand and pipeline with with partners.
  • Establish high-level quarterly OKRs for your area of focus (Objectives & Key Results).
  • Plan for, develop and communicate partner marketing messages across various mediums such as newsletters, webinars, events and product announcements.
  • Work interdepartmentally and collaboratively with GTM (go-to-market) teams
    • Product Marketing–to announce new products and features to partners and their markets, maintain the Partner Sales Toolbox
    • Revenue Operations–to establish tight tracking of programs and campaigns, and build reports that analyze performance of said initiatives
  • Leverage our partner brands (Trimble, Komatsu, SITECH, others) to build brand recognition for Propeller.
  • Manage, analyze and optimize top of the sales funnel velocity and our partners customer buying journey.


Attributes we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in partner marketing or SaaS.
  • Highly ambitious, proactive, energetic and a self-starter.
  • Excellent project/program management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating value-led content and compelling designs that deliver a cohesive narrative.
  • Deep familiarity with establishing and setting up campaign tracking architecture, and demonstrated ability to analyze results within a marketing automation platform like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively to quickly build rapport with other departments to generate effective and efficient outcomes and measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills – you are clear, articulate, engaging and persuasive.

Bonus points for personal experience with, or working knowledge of:

  • Demonstrated experience building and executing partner marketing programs
  • The construction, aggregate, mining and landfill industries.
  • UAV’s, photogrammetry, point clouds, ground control points, and/or surveying.
  • Experience working in sales or business development.

The salary range offered for this role is a base of $70,000 – $90,000. This range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. Any salary offer that is extended will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Propeller will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Propeller.
