About the Role
This is an opportunity to play a critical role as an integration product engineer, set course and direction, and learn from the team of folks that have decades of experience in AI/ML and have delivered some of the most popular products of today.

Pryon is seeking an experienced and talented partner integration engineer with a track record of bringing new features and methods to market from initial launch to market leader. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively on how to apply modern integration techniques to the traditional knowledge management segment. The partner integration engineer will manage the product definition, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management of existing and new integrations. This position will be responsible for determining Pryon’s offerings and driving development, launch, and adoption of products to positively impact the customers’ experience and gain market share. The role is responsible for developing and executing delivery of partner product integration for Pryon.

Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge and engineering experience of knowledge or document management markets.. He/she will create and maintain technical design documents and requirements including workflow design of company’s API’s. Participate in design and planning meetings with the company’s API, Partner programmers and systems architects. The partner integration engineer will design and implement integrations between software platforms, programs, and applications with Pryon. Some of these applications could include Documentum (Opentext), SharePoint and ServiceNow as examples. You are an expert problem solver with extensive programming skills and abilities in multiple coding languages and frameworks with an
ability to resolve errors, provide support, and develop procedures to navigate complex system overlaps.

Expected Salary
$120,000 – $150,000/yr

Your Responsibilities:
Creating, Devising and reporting on Partner or Potential Partner integration development plans and strategies and executing them with known outcomes.
Hands-On creation and leading engineering efforts along with coordinating activities with other developers to ensure that integration projects are completed on time.
Formulating strategies and designing architectures for systems integrations.
Ensuring that best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization.
Creating a well thought plan that aligns to product roadmap, vision and strategy.
Maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of the company’s integration architecture.
Analyzing and improving current system integrations and migration strategies.
Identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issues.
Use JIRA as bug and defect tracking tool along with mapping prioritization in ProductBoard
Demonstrate full knowledge of the development process and at times be a key contributor and mindful guide to engineers and scientists on the team
Interact with clients and market thought leaders to develop a deep understanding and define product requirements and best practices for developing integrations

Requirements:
A bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
3-4 years’ experience as a programmer or computer scientist specifically with API’s.
Excellent knowledge of two or more programming languages (C#, C++, Java, Python, or others).
Superior programming skills that relate to code development, maintenance, and implementation.
Meticulous knowledge of integrations, development processes, and integration architectures.
Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and fix errors in complex code.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform tasks independently.
Good presentation and report-writing skills.
