Role:

The Partner Go-to-Market Manager will manage market enablement activities for a portfolio of propositions targeted at Colt’s indirect channel, namely cloud service providers, technology partners, and datacentre providers through their full life cycle. The role will entail responsibility for taking the propositions to market and ensure their commercial execution success.  This role will help to accelerate time to revenue for new partner initiatives, enabling the partner practices to focus on strategic development and expanding relationships.

The Partner Go-to-Market Manager will be tasked with creating and deploying a Go-to-Market framework that provides a commercial blueprint for propositions launches.  This framework will set the standard for excellence, generating consistent documentation and repeatable processes, assisting lifecycle governance of proofs of concept.

An evangelist and thought leader, the Partner Go-to-Market Manager will exercise creativity, linking business related themes to topical customer challenges and enabling Colt’s message to be articulated high and wide across Colt’s, sales teams, partners and customers.

In addition, the Partner Go-to-Market Manager will monitor and report on market and competitive developments, and will work very closely with Product Managers, Marketing Managers and Sales teams.

The Partner Go-to-Market Manager will report to the Director of Partner Go-to-Market in the newly formed Market Development organisation.  This role will be pivotal in helping shape value based assets and collateral in a rapidly growing segment within Colt.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own and execute the go-to-market plans for the propositions in the relevant partner portfolio, including solution bundles, use cases and proof of concepts
  • Own the business value assessment for new proposed innovation projects
  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Colt propositions to partners
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market plans for your product portfolio
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to sales channels
  • Develop sales tools and collaterals that support the selling process of partner relevant products & services
  • Provide input in identifying opportunities to offer new or enhanced propositions and/or extension to new customer segments
  • Deliver harmonized launch support with consistent, premium quality assets, rolling out best practices for Market Development Incubation, CSP and SI partner practices
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement organization to deliver training and initiatives to support partner sales

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, or related discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English Speaker, other languages beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creative, flexible, proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, a collaborative team player
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
