We are looking for an experienced Partner (Account) Manager to build, grow and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners within the Global Service Vendors sector. Responsibilities

  • Grow a partner network in the Global Service Vendors sector in North America region
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners and establish new partnerships in different market segments (small and mid-sized partners)
  • Drive business growth and pipeline with existing & new partners in support of the company’s revenue goals
  • Responsible for the execution of the company’s partner strategy, developing plans focused on pipeline generation, marketing and enablement
  • Build and execute a solid go-to-market strategy and manage all aspects of the relationship with partners in North America region
  • Enable partners to be ‘productive’ by bringing in new customers through partner training
  • Run trainings for partners in collaboration with the Education department
  • Collaborate closely with assigned partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a partner account manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing partners as well as strong success in personally developing partner relationships/ programs with demonstrable results
  • Several years of related software, sales and partner management experience
  • Solutions-oriented mindset that can turn “no” into “yes”
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with impeccable business judgment
  • Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in English, Willingness to travel, as required

Nice to haves

  • Master’s degree in business, finance, or technical field
  • Previous enterprise software sales and management experience (both direct and indirect)
  • Knowledge of process automation, AI or comparable market space, competitors, trends and related industries
  • Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing industry
  • Strong sense for team collaboration & self-starter attitude
  • Another language is a plus
