We like to think and move fast, and we need people who can keep up. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount. We go overboard to keep clients in the loop, and we are a positive, collaborative team. You must be a person who is motivated to excellence, both intellectually and emotionally; our work is driven by our passion.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year paralegal experience (employment law preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (Paralegal certification preferred)
  • Working knowledge of PACER and NYSCEF strongly preferred
  • Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters is a plus

  • Ability to deal with sensitive issues professionally and confidentially
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a full-time position with a base salary of $60k; raises and bonuses are given at the firm’s discretion. Available benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, (401)k, FSA Program, PTO and commuter program.
