Job Description

AACI is one of the largest community-based organizations advocating for and serving the marginalized and vulnerable ethnic communities in Santa Clara County. Our mission is to strengthen the hope and resilience of our community members by improving their health and well-being.

The Outreach Manager is responsible for the planning, development implementation and evaluation of internal and external outreach initiatives and activities to promote AACI services targeted to community residents lack access to healthcare and health insurance. The position is also responsible for building strategic relationships within the community to build/strengthen enrollment collaborations with local partner organizations.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in community outreach
  • Five or more years of experience in enrollment navigation, community outreach, community relations or a related field
  • Experience facilitating public meetings and other public forums
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish or Vietnamese) a plus
