Should have worked on reports of visa, master, and Rupay networks with respect to card transactions
Knowledge on Payment Gateway
2-3 years of experience

Your Roles and Responsibilities

Working closely with the Sales / Bank teams for getting merchants on board with partner banks
On receipt of Terminal ID from partners/banks assist the merchants with completing their onboarding and go live.
Speak to merchants to understand and address queries/concerns around integrations/transactions raised by internal or external stakeholders
Assist merchants/customers to complete pending activations on request
Review the open tickets assigned to the team on Freshdesk and reply to queries related to the tickets
Escalate transaction-related discrepancies with the partner banks or internally.
Tracking and publishing relevant MIS on a regular basis
