Full-Time Office Operations Manager

Thompson Coburn, a large full-service law firm with offices in seven (7) cities across the U.S., is in search of a full-time exempt Office Operations Manager to join its St. Louis office. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Office Operations, this position will oversee a spectrum of firm-wide operations platforms, oversee vendor relationships, and lead asset management initiatives across our St. Louis and Belleville offices. This position requires in-office support and is eligible for a flexible hybrid-remote work schedule after an initial period of training.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison between Operations and IT with regards to system requirements and upgrades.
  • Centralizes and manages VistaPoint (Call management Software).
  • Centralizes and manages Resource Scheduler (Conference Room Scheduling Software).
  • Coordinates the policies for furniture standards, warranty management and repairs with firm-wide Office Administrators.
  • Responsible for the Asset Management for STL and Belleville.
  • Uploads all service agreements from vendors into InTapp.

 

Experience and Education Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years prior Operations experience in a legal or other professional services firm preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant degree preferred.
