OFFICE CLERK

 

POSITION TYPE:    Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:              Fremont, CA

BENEFITS:               Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Profit Sharing

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create purchase orders
  • Contact vendors regarding purchasing questions and discrepancies
  • Receiving and verify order confirmations
  • Track deliveries and follow up on receipt documentation
  • Maintain vendor discrepancies and issue logs
  • Process payables
  • Performs data entry
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Accounting experience is a plus
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with the customers and inter-company personnel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • Regular attendance is required
  • Valid CA Driver’s License

Job Types: Full-Time.
