enVista is currently seeking experienced professionals who can implement Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (Sales, Customer, Service, Marketing, Field Service and Project Operations) for clients with skills in Dynamics 365 F&O (and integrations required between the two). Responsibilities will include planning, design, configuration, training, testing, and rollout support of solutions to support clients’ end-to-end business requirements.  We are currently seeking individuals highly versed in Customer Engagement module and F&O and possessing excellent client and communications skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Focus on delivery of CRM solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement.
  • Provide functional skills of the solution and how to perform project tasks.
  • Use knowledge of this function to analyze clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Responsible for completing tasks and deliverables for CRM projects from design to deployment while providing knowledge transfer to enVista personnel
  • Work directly with clients to determine needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct necessary research and analysis to support project and client needs
  • Perform work in compliance with enVista practices, policies and processes
  • Provide updates on projects to project managers and personal progress to Director
  • Develop knowledge capital and tools for delivering CRM services – coordinating with other enVista groups, as applicable
  • Complete assigned tasks according to project schedule and communicates status to Project Manager
  • Learn enVista implementation methodology and related deliverables

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules
  • 2+years involvement with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • 4+ years of project experience and 2+ years of consulting experience
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
  • Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
  • Creation of design specification documentation for the project including specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations
  • Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for administration of CRM system
  • Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
  • Schedules work to be done and follows up to ensure completion within the project schedule
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Professional certification in CRM or agree to achieve appropriate certification in agreed upon timeframe 
  • Expected travel up to 50-60%

  • Experience with configuration and development of systems integrations
  • Experience with other Microsoft products (e.g., SharePoint, etc.)
