Full-Time Merchandise and IP Lawyer
Job Description
Merchandise and IP Lawyer to join for a fast growing start up!
The successful candidate will have previous experience of Licensing and Merchandising matters within the media or entertainment industry, as well as strong knowledge of contract law and intellectual property rights (specifically from entertainment industry).
Ideally coming from a media company, applicants will have drafted and negotiated complex Consumer Product agreements e.g. standard and non-standard merchandising, publishing, promotional, and live show agreements and therefore be confident advising on legal/commercial issues arising from global licensing deals.
