We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician Supervisor for our Crisis Line. This position is located in Seattle, WA and Hybrid. We are offering $34+ per hour along with excellent benefits listed below.

Mental Health Clinician Supervisor Job Duties:

We are looking for a supervisor with a proven set of skills in program management, including quality assurance monitoring, and reporting. The supervisor is responsible for training, supervising and mentoring professional and paraprofessional staff.

The Supervisor needs to understand the nature of 24-hour work and be flexible to support staffing during evenings, nights, and weekends. The Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of the crisis phone room and is a key contact with our community partners.

  • Master’s degree in psychology/counseling or social work or related field required.
  • Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 246-341-0200.
  • Independent or associate licensure in counseling, or social work preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis.
  • Telephone assessment or help line experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills.
  • Prefer experience in King County Public Mental Health System
  • Evidence of ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.
