WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Continually observe ad performance and adjust or refresh copy, content and media as needed in collaboration with our graphic designer to deliver on this task.
  • Write on brand, conversion-oriented ad copy; create briefs for image/graphic/video ad creation for graphic designer / video editor.
  • Create testing strategy and schedule for creative, targeting, bidding and budgeting strategies. Diligently track and document test results along with insights for future campaigns.
  • Stay active in our ad account every day, cutting low performing ads / ad sets / campaigns.
  • Run weekly funnel and landing page experiments aimed at increasing ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Maintain a well structured account with clean naming conventions.
  • Keep up on leading edge execution of paid media and new developments and trends on paid media strategy, especially in Facebook.
  • Create and maintain a weekly reporting dashboard; provide consistent updates to the team about account health.
  • Run competitive analysis on other brands in the sustainability, zero waste, and beauty/hair space to see what ads are converting for them and how we can incorporate learnings/insights from their successes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent related experience, but not less than 4-5 of years in paid advertising including expert level experience using Facebook Ads for DTC companies.
  • Strong background in direct response advertising with an emphasis on conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items while effectively managing changing priorities.
  • Superior copywriting and creative content skills; ability to effectively communicate creative ideas to partners such as a graphic designer or video editor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the marketing team and cross functionally.
  • Innovative and creative thinker with a high level of curiosity to test new concepts and ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of syndicated media, research and other data resources (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • A consummate negotiator who looks out for the best interest of the company.
  • A ‘no task is too small or too large’ type of attitude.
