Grown in Manchester, MergedComms is a Cloud VoIP company that believes in communications for everyone. We make enterprise communication systems available to entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses. This summer, we’ll be rolling out our partner and reseller platform and have re-branded our user facing VoIP product as Telux [].

We are searching for a Marketing & Communication Assistant to support marketing operations by fulfilling and executing daily communications and marketing tasks directed at maintaining satisfaction of existing users and expanding user base by supporting resellers and affiliates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily incoming communications
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all marketing communication activities
  • Help to implement an effective social media strategy
  • Create engaging and targeted web content
  • Assist with a variety of PR tasks and events
  • Assist in the launch and promotion of reseller and affiliate platform
  • Measure and record all media coverage
  • Monitor competitor activity and intelligence

What we’re looking for:

  • Do-ers! You’ll need to be focused and motivated.
  • 2 years marketing and/or administrative experience.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite / WordPress / Social Platforms
  • Positivity! We’re a tight knit crew. Bad attitudes and negativity won’t go down well here.
