TransUnion is looking for an experienced marketing automation specialist for our B2B marketing operations spanning across multiple verticals and products.

The ideal candidate will be able to quickly grasp business priorities and align them to demand generation campaigns that influence revenue.

Core responsibilities include support of email function within Eloqua platform including the setup, maintenance and review of recurring and triggered email communications; and performance reporting..


What You’ll Bring:

  • BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing environment
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of and business experience working with Eloqua, HTML and broader Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience building, scheduling, and testing email
  • Demonstrates strong relationship skills, experience working in highly cross-functional organizations
  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and stays current with market trends
  • Salesforce experience is a plus


Impact You’ll Make:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across distribution channels based on business objectives
  • Own creative brief development after campaign strategy is collaboratively determined
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities through marketing automation platform including, email creation, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required
  • Collaborate with design and marketing communications leads to create top-performing email creative in an effort to improve deliverability and increase open and click-through rates
  • Continually test, measure and optimize campaigns through various techniques including A/B testing, personalization, creative, timing and targeting
  • Work with sales team to communicate the objectives of marketing programs and effective campaign follow up
  • Track and measure marketing program data (response, leads, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) to determine success and help shape future campaigns
  • Project manage assigned marketing programs from start to finish
