We are looking for a talented Market Intelligence Manager to join our team specializing in Market intelligence for our corporate business unit in Columbus, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Managing the development of market intelligence through the design, development, and delivery of information, reports, and projects that improve internal knowledge and accurately inform decision making.
• Partnering with segment teams on developing strategies and forming decisions that impact business performance.
• Develop and deploy effective methods to monitor relevant market trends, competitive threats, and other market activity.
• Generate informed, unbiased and credible market intelligence that furthers market understanding and supports decision making.
• Managing special projects and provides market input to further the understanding of specific aspects of the market to support informed decision making and strategy development.
• managing a small team of Market Insights analysts who are responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, generating forecasts, writing reports and leading/supporting various projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:
• 5-7 years’ work experience within a strategy, business, marketing, or market research-based role.
• Market intelligence experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and engage with strong networks with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to distill and explain complex ideas to actionable key insights.
• Capable of interacting effectively with senior leadership and presenting research which will influence business decisions.
• Prior knowledge of the Construction and Agriculture market

Education, Licenses, Certifications
• College, university or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related subject required
• MBA or equivalent degree highly preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification advantageous

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
