THE JOB AT A GLANCE
In this unique opportunity as the M&A Integration Manager you will be the key player in growing Carbon Health’s footprint successfully through acquisitions. Your job is to ensure our clinic acquisitions perform at the highest levels. You’ll work externally with clinic owners and internally across all of Carbon’s functional departments, from the due diligence phase through closing and ultimately Go Live on the Carbon platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Corporate Development and lead the due diligence phase with clinic owners (sellers) and internal teams
  • Lead a variety of workstream owners (Revenue Cycle, People, Clinic Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Design and Construction, Product and Engineering) to integrate the acquired clinic into Carbon’s operations
  • Actively manage integration risks; identify and solve cross-functional integration issues
  • Assist in building an integration toolkit and framework that can support a high volume of M&A activity

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Solid healthcare delivery experience, ideally in operations. Consulting experience a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills
  • Proven program management skills to organize and manage cross-functional projects, such as M&A, organizational change, operational restructuring, business process redesign, and systems implementations
