About the Team:

Rally Recover is an early-stage post-operative patient engagement platform utilizing a configurable provider web-based dashboard and patient-facing mobile device application to improve patient-provider communications and lower the cost of care. Founded in 2016 by orthopedic surgeons, the Company’s platform optimizes post-discharge care, physical therapy and post-discharge communications between the patient and provider care team.

Your day to day:

Providing “thought leadership” and “technical mentorship” to take the existing systems and applications to the next level as our business is undergoing rapid growth.
Supplying technical hands-on mentorship while maintaining focus on team’s engineering strategic and tactical goals
Collaborating with the Recover Leadership team in owning the strategy and execution of projects while partnering with various key opinion leaders in across Engineering, Product and other multi-functional teams
Shown success in setting product strategy and delivering several large scale projects within multiple dependencies multi-functional teams
Track record of success in building, managing and leading highly technical local and remote engineering teams
Experience leadership, negotiation; team building and people management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated excellence in leadership, oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation; team building and people management skills.
About You:

BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or the equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant hands on SW Development experience in web and /or mobile device applications
3+ years hands-on technical lead/ direct management experience
Advanced coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications (i.e. Java; Scala; Swift; Docker, etc.)
