Join a team of passionate thought leaders in a dynamic and collaborative environment!  New Signature’s Managed Services team is growing fast and we’re looking for our next Level 3 Support Engineer to join us.


What impact will you have in this role?

Our Level 3 Support Engineers serve as Azure subject matter experts in our Managed Services division; a critical part of our business, this role provides Tier 3 Infrastructure and Application support for entire Global Managed Service side of our business. You will be responsible for delivering hands-on IT support, infrastructure project planning specialising in Azure IaaS and PaaS, as well as providing input in developing and maintaining policies, procedures and standards.

You will provide strategic customer roadmaps to assist Managed Services customers in fully leveraging cloud technology, as well as coordinating escalations directly to Microsoft Premier Support. Serving as a technical mentor to your peers, this is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to further utilise and develop their Azure technical support experience!

What are we looking for?

  • Expert-level knowledge and experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS
  • Additional experience with Office 365, System Center, Log Analytics, Update Management strongly preferred
  • Expert-level experience with PowerShell
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Holds (& maintains) MCITP, MCTS, MCM, MCSA, MCSE or other certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to concisely and effectively address questions while providing subject matter expertise
  • Ability to successfully manage under pressure and respond to critical or changing priorities throughout the day
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value
  • Demonstrates ability to develop innovative technical approaches as complete solutions to business problems
  • Ability to consider solution impact and long-term effects of decisions/solutions
  • Success-driven, works well in a diverse team, and enjoys a dynamic environment.
